Privacy stays
on the page.
Your drafts, goals, name, and reflections stay in your browser. Revision Receipts has no account, server database, analytics, advertising, or AI text service.
What is stored
As you type, the tool saves the current student name, assignment, feedback goals, draft text, evidence choices, and reflections in your browser’s local storage. This makes it possible to resume after closing the tab. The site’s service worker also caches the application files so the tool can work offline.
What leaves your device
No classroom content is transmitted to us. Your browser still makes ordinary network requests to load this website when it is not already cached; standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data such as an IP address, request time, and browser type for security and delivery. We do not add analytics or tracking.
Exports
When you download a receipt or print to PDF, that file is created on your device. You decide where it is saved and who receives it. Treat exported receipts as student records under your school’s policies.
Delete your work
Use “Clear this device and start over” at the bottom of a completed receipt. You can also clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. We cannot retrieve deleted work or recover work from another browser or device.
Students and schools
The tool is designed for teacher-directed classroom use and does not knowingly collect personal information. Schools remain responsible for choosing appropriate identifiers, obtaining any required consent, and handling exported records under applicable policy and law. Initials may be used instead of a full name.
